Pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005, if the Customer is a consumer (i.e. a natural person who purchases the goods for purposes not related to his professional activity, or does not make the purchase by indicating in the order form to lechioccioline.com a VAT number reference), has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without any penalty and without prejudice to what is indicated in the following point 3.
To exercise this right, the Customer must send an email to lechioccioline.com (available from the contact page) also indicating the bank details necessary to return the sums paid; a person in charge will send the customer via email a paper form which must be printed and sent by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the goods to lechioccioline.com. Once the email has been received, lechioccioline.com will send the customer via email the form for exercising the right of withdrawal provided with the authorization number which must be attached to the outside of the packaging in which the product will be physically placed and sent to lechiocciolione.it within 14 working days of authorisation.
The right of withdrawal is subject to the following mandatory conditions: the right applies to the product purchased in its entirety; it is not possible to exercise withdrawal only on part of the purchased product (e.g.: accessories, attachments, etc.); the purchased good must be intact and returned in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment ); To limit damage to the original packaging, we recommend, when possible, to insert it in a second box, on which to affix the RMA number (return authorization code) issued by lechioccioline.com. In all cases, the affixing of labels or adhesive tapes directly on the original product packaging; the goods subject to the exercise of the right of withdrawal must be returned in a normal state of conservation, as they have been kept and possibly used with the use of normal diligence: therefore, unused products which show signs of damage or dirt and which consequently they can no longer consider themselves intact; the goods subject to the exercise of the right of withdrawal must bear the same serial number present on the lechioccioline.com sales invoice; if the good shows a serial number different from that indicated on the invoice, the return will not be accepted and the product will be made available to the Customer for its return, simultaneously canceling the withdrawal request; shipping costs relating to the return of the goods are borne by the customer; the shipment, until receipt is certified in our warehouse, is under the complete responsibility of the customer; in the event of damage to the goods during transport, lechioccioline.com will notify the Customer of the incident (within 5 working days of receipt of the goods in its warehouses), to allow him to promptly file a complaint against the courier he has chosen and obtain the reimbursement of the value of the property (if insured); in this case, the product will be made available to the Customer for its return, simultaneously canceling the withdrawal request; lechioccioline.com is not responsible in any way for damage or theft/loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments;
lechioccioline.com will reimburse the customer the entire amount already paid, in the shortest time possible and in any case within 14 days from the date of receipt of the withdrawal notice, upon receipt of the goods subject to the withdrawal, through a procedure for reversing the amount using the same payment method used during the purchase.
The right of withdrawal is totally lost, due to the lack of the essential condition of integrity of the goods (packaging and/or its contents), in cases where lechioccioline.com ascertains:
the lack of the external packaging and/or the original internal packaging;
the absence of integral elements of the product (accessories, manuals, parts, ...) or anomalies in the product itself;
damage to the product for reasons other than its transport;
a state of dirtiness of the product due to its use, which has compromised its integrity.
The costs and risks of return transport are entirely borne by the Customer. The return of products that are not intact, damaged or without original accessories and equipment will not be accepted by lechioccioline.com and will be returned to the sender with additional transport costs. In the event of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, lechioccioline.com will return the purchased good to the sender, charging the shipping costs to the sender.
